I don't have AV cables so I wasn't able to try that functionality but I'd have to imagine it works exactly as you'd expect being that it's just a passthrough. It works really well and actually ejects the PSP all the way out making it very easy to pick up the PSP and go. The best part of the dock is the eject button. The 3000 fits easily and perfectly in the dock and it charges as it should. The PSP S400 dock seems to be the same as the S410 but I believe the part number is different because it does not come with the remote. Biggest issue I have with it is that removing the PSP from the dock is difficult since there is no easy way to grab the PSP when trying to pull it out. The 3000 does fit well enough though and it charges the PSP as you'd expect. This dock was meant for the PSP 2000 so I'm not sure if there are some small size differences between the 2000 and the 3000. I have a PSP 3000 and the Intec dock seems to have a tight fit on the av connector side. I couldn't find much information at all online about these docks so I wanted to make a post about my experience with them. So of course the day after I bought it, eBay sent an email recommending me a listing of the psp s400 dock which is an official playstation product for slightly under $90 so I felt like I had to buy it. I made a post a couple of days ago asking about PSP charging docks and after looking deep in ebay I found the Intec PSP TV dock and bought it for a little less than $30. In the end all I need for myself is one of the 3-in-1 cables, as they are quality built! The new PSP-N340 would even come with the official Sony PSP-2000 charger and an official Sony Component Cable. I also still have my used PSP Go dock - all of which I'm willing to part ways with. To cut a long story short: I recently acquired three new "3-in-1 cables" as well as a completely new PSP-N340 dock (only taken out of the packaging once to test it's working 100%!). While I still prefer the cable solution for overall convenience (you don't need an external charger and video cable, as you do for the official dock), the dock itself of course looks nicer. Since I'm a collector and also wanted to compare the cable to the official dock solution, I got my hands on the PSP-N340 dock as well. This cable is extremely hard to find and was produced back in the heyday of the PSP Go. Even back then it was nearly impossible to find the official PSP Go Dock (PSP-N340), so I managed instead to get my hands on the (hands-down simply better) alternative, the "Little Bee 3-in-1 Component/USB/Charge Cable". I got into the PSP Go a few years ago and found out that with homebrew it's the perfect "all digital PS1" that can be used to output a perfect 240p component signal to a CRT TV or 240p compatible HD-TV.
